Today I discovered Knoppix. It is awesome. You can boot from the CD into a fully functional Linux environment (including KDE), without having to install anything. We used Knoppix to repair a computer with a corrupted kernel. You can also use it to fix broken windows partitions, and even edit the Windows registry!
I accompanied the MIT Chamber Choir last night. I was playing trumpet, of course, not singing.
